Kostol IBT
Description
Kostol IBT is an emulsifying wax based on Cetearyl Alcohol and Behentrimonium Methosulfate. This emulsifier produces thick and creamy emulsions that feel light and hydrating on the skin with 3-5% only usage levels. By putting this emulsifier in salt form it will dissolve in water, and because it is cationic it is attracted to the hair – making it the perfect ingredient for shampoos and conditioners, as well as a host of other personal care products.
