FORLAN L is a proprietary blend developed by RITA Corporation. FORLAN L acts as a skin lubricant, moisturizing, and emollient agent. It is compatible with ionic, nonionic and amphoteric surface active agents to improve emulsion stability in both o/w and w/o emulsions. FORLAN L is an excellent pigment dispersing material in lipsticks, eye shadows and liquid and cream make-ups.
